Selection of human resources in the distribution company Sharm Trading is a transparent and objective process; vacancies are always announced at nearly all popular employment sites. Evaluation criteria are strictly determined for applicants.

Selection process has been developing in a number of stages. Upon consideration of the received application forms we get in touch with selected candidates.

The first stage represents individual interviewing, upon which the selected candidates are tested (in order to evaluate logical and analytical thinking of the candidates); the final stage represents interviewing with a staff member who will immediately operate with an applicant.

The Company has got its own training centre, which conducts trainings of various kinds, both for new staff members and earlier employed personnel professional skills improving.
